Ordering direct, send an email list of the items you want with quantity of each. You should also let me know how you wish to pay. Payment choices are either a money order or PayPal. I will email you an invoice for the total with shipping. I do combine items for the lowest cost on shipping. If you have chosen PayPal for payment you will also receive a PayPal money request.
