Tom , was a delight telling you how good this antenna is working . After I had got off the phone . I hooked up my panasonic ncg mdel 7 21 50 rig and tried to contact the c06le station in portugal . He came back on the first call also . well, there was getting a pileup but he head me . cool ! got 5 by 9 with ten watts ! your antenna is great and or 40 meters is hot tonight . was on 7.190 after going from a radio waveys junk g5rv to your zs6bkw. like going from a yugo to a farrie. hadn't tried the other bands yet, but tuns up fine with an mfl mobile tuner and kenwood ts530 and my panasonic ncg tribander. great product. and calling me back. CLASS ACT SIR . WILL get another if this one ever wears out ! kg4ymc 73

I have the 160m Reduced ½ Sloper. I have it on a 3 10 foot section of pipe it only at 30 ft high. Have the groundside of it with 45 ft of wire going to a ground rod. It work great, on 160 most nights.

Hi Tom! I also have one of your fantastic G5RV antennas. Very nice antenna. As I live in a trailer park, I am unable to install a beam. I believe my G5RV will handle my needs. Very well constructed. 73's. Tom

Super! Called Tom on a Wednesday night, sent Paypal payments right after the telephone conversation and on Friday (yes, just two days later!) the post man handed me the W8AMZ antenna. Hung the 160 meter half sloper on my 48 foot tower and the far end to a tree branch about 10 feet high. Took the ground side of the sloper down the tower to a 8 foot ground rod. Easily adjusted the length of the sloper down to 1.2 to 1 SWR. First CQ (with my 75 watt rig) was answered by VE1ZZ in Halifax--real DX from Florida. I was thrilled when VE1ZZ gave me a RST of 589. Always have used home made wire antenna, but the W8AMZ half sloper for 160 is well worth the money.

I bought the g5rv junior. Put up as sloper. The build is the best I have seen. Good price and shipped fast. And it just works great. With my ldg tuner it even works on 80 meters.

Wow, I bought one of your G5RV Jr's after speaking with you at a local hamfest. The quality is first rate and I have it up about 40' with excellent results. Also, thank you for the wonderful installation/application advice and your time as well! This is a great product from a great ham! I'll be buying a couple more antenna's for my "go pack" soon.

Looking for a replacement for my G5RV that hasn't been quite up to par. Thinking the OCF Windom might be a better solution, I'll let you know after I get one up in the air!
