I am truly sorry for any inconvenience. Please keep in mind that because of our very high standards of quality and crafsmanship, our products have come under very high demand, at times we can only get orders out just so fast without compromising the quality of the product and there goes the reason customers want our product to begin with.

Shipping Policies:
I process, package, and ship orders Monday through Friday starting approximately 7:00am until 5:30pm. The US Postal Truck arrives between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM most every afternoon except weekends and holidays. I try to get orders processed and packaged before the mail truck gets here so orders leave as soon as possible.
Sometimes, over the weekends, there is a large amount of orders to be processed and packaged and I cannot get them all finished and on the truck for next or same day shipping as I would like.
So, due to the increasing number of emails over the weekends, asking when is my item going to ship, the policy is now up to 5 (five) business days before the order maybe processsed, packaged, and shipped via US Postal Service. Most times there will not be that much of a delay from order, processed, packaged, and shipped as I sometimes do pack orders over the weekend and have most orders ready for the US Postal truck on monday morning.
Generally, most orders do ship the next business day, but I still had to explain the system here anyway.
